Data Report
GAR Programme Funding Flows
Updated 18 Dec 2025
What is this report about?
This report page visualizes the flow of transfers between transferring and implementing offices, showing how resources move across the network. It highlights the scale and direction of these transfers, enabling users to understand which offices contribute most and where funds are allocated. The design follows a modular principle, meaning the visuals are structured as building blocks that can be combined and filtered for different analytical perspectives.
Important Note
According to the CPM Network Standard, the implementing office is responsible for creating the project in CPM and providing the CPM project identifier. This ensures traceability and compliance with network-wide standards.

What to Look For
- Identify largest transferring offices (or largest projects funded by transfers )and their main implementing counterparts.
- Spot regional patterns or directional flows that dominate the network.
- Check for anomalies, such as negative allocations or unusually high numbers of implementing offices per project.
- Validate that CPM identifiers are present for implementing offices, as required by standards.
